Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 cup low carb marinara sauce optional, for serving or other low carb sauce of your choice for dipping.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Shape Meatballs: Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
  • Serve: If desired, heat marinara sauce in a pan and serve the meatballs with the sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
