- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1 cup low carb marinara sauce optional, for serving or other low carb sauce of your choice for dipping.
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
